Հրաչ Քալսահակեանին թեմական թեկնածութեան ծրագիրը

Ստեղծել Տուպայի եւ Հիւսիսային Էմիրութեան հայութեան պաշտօնական կայքէջ եւ ներգրաւել գաղութին պատանի եւ երիտասարդ տարրերը լրագրական գործի մէջ:

Լրջօրէն ուսումնասիրել ամենօրեայ հայկական մանկապարտէզ հիմնելու ծրագիրը:

Ստեղծել մարմին գաղութի նորեկ անդամները սիրալիր ընդունելու եւ ազգային կեանքի առաջնորդելու համար:

Հնարաւորութիւն տալ գաղութի պատանի եւ երիտասարդ տարրերուն հայկական միջավայրի գուրգուրանքն ու ուշադրութիւնը վայելելու՝ ներգրաւելով ատակ տարրերը վարչական եւ այլ մարմիններու մէջ:

Համալիրէն ներս ստեղծել տուն – թանգարան՝ հայ մշակոյթը հանրութեան եւ օտարներուն ներկայացնելու միտումով:

Աշխուժացնել հայ կեդրոնը զանազան միջոցառումներով: Զարկ տալ հոգեւոր դաստիարակութեան:

Կեդրոնը օժտել արդի հաղորդակցական եւ լսատեսողական միջոցներով, ինչպէս նաեւ մարզական եւ օգտաւէտ ժամանցի սարքերով:

Մէջտեղ բերել եւ քաջալերել գաղութի տաղանդաւոր տարրերը:

Պատուել ազգային կեանքէն ներս կարեւոր ներդրում ունեցող անձերը:

Օտարախօս հայերը ներգրաւել ազգային կառոյցին մէջ:

Գործնականապէս օժանդակել գաղութին մէջ գործող հայկական կազմակերպութիւններուն եւ խմբաւորումներուն:

Աջակցիլ Ապու Տապիի գաղութին որպէսզի լուծէ իր կարգ մը հրատապ հարցերը:

Մօտակայ գաղութներուն հետ (ինչպէս Քուէյթ եւ Քաթար) պահպանել սերտ եւ համագործակցութեան կապեր:

Մշակել գործնական յարաբերութիւններ Հայաստանի դեսպանութեան հետ, մասնակցելով Սփիւռքի նախարարութեան կարգ մը ծրագիրներուն, ինչպէս «Արի Տուն», լրագրողներու եւ ուսուցիչներու վերապատրաստման ծրագիրներ, եւայլն:

Լուսաբանել հանրութիւնը՝ Հայաստանի երկքաղաքացիութեան օրէնքներուն վերաբերեալ եւ քաջալերել որ բոլոր հայերը ստանան Հայաստանի քաղաքացիութիւնը:

Հաղորդակցական կապ ստեղծել Էմիրութիւններու մէջ գործող տեղական և օտար գիտական, կրթական, ընկերային եւ մշակութային մարմիններուն ու անհատներուն հետ:

Վերատեսութեան ենթարկել թեմական կանոնագրութիւնը՝ պահպանելով ոգին, բայց համապատասխանեցնելով ներկայ պահանջներուն:

Hrach Kalsahakian's program for Temagan (Legislative) elections on 1st April 2011

Create the website of the Armenians of Dubai and the Northern Emirates and involve young individuals in our community in media work.

Seriously study the plan of establishing a daily Armenian kindergarten in Sharjah.

Establish a body to extend warm welcome to the newcomers and lead them into community life.

Create opportunities for teenagers and young individuals to enjoy the care and attention of the community and involve the capable ones into community bodies.

Establish a house-museum inside the Armenian center to introduce our culture to the public and to the foreigners.

Activate the Armenian center through diverse events. Enhance religious life.

Furnish the Armenian center with modern communication and audiovisual means as well as with sports and useful educational and pass-time instruments.

Search for talents inside the community.

Honor all those who had served in our community in the past.

Involve in community life Armenians who cannot speak the mother language.

Assist organizations and groups that are active in the Armenian community.

Help Abu Dhabi Armenians to solve their imminent issues.

Keep close and cooperative relationship with the Armenians in nearby communities such as in Kuwait and Qatar.

Develop practical relationship with the Embassy of Armenia in Abu Dhabi, by participating in several programs organized by the Ministry of Diaspora, such as "Ari Tun" (Come Home) program, preparatory courses for journalists, teachers, etc.

Enlighten the public about the benefits of the Armenian dual-citizenship and encourage the Diaspora Armenians to apply for the Armenian citizenship.

Communicate with local Emirates and Foreign scientific, educational, social and cultural bodies and individuals.

Revise the diocesan constitution, preserving its spirit but harmonizing the content with the present-day needs.
